- Patients will be screened for the following when scheduling appointments:
• Have you or anyone you have been in close contact with tested positive for Covid.
• Do you currently have any flu like symptoms such as cough, cold, fever.
• Have you traveled out of state in the past 10 days - You will be required to wear a mask covering your nose and mouth for entry into the office and will be required to wear this mask during your entire visit.
- Your temperature will be checked upon arrival.
